With more than 30 years of credit union leadership experience, I bring a deep understanding of what drives performance, connection, and growth in member-focused organizations. I’ve served as a Senior Vice President in branch operations, HR, and compliance. Since 2008, through EduQuest LLC, I’ve partnered with credit unions across the country — and around the world — to deliver powerful training, coaching, and consulting.

I’m a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Consultant, creator of Encore (a signature sales and service program), and developer of The Leadership Academy, a leadership development series designed specifically for credit union teams.

I’ve had the honor of speaking for 20+ state credit union leagues, international audiences in 15+ countries, and organizations such as CUNA, NAFCU, NASCUS, WOCCU, CUES and CU EduCruises.
